Move-In/Out Booking

Loading Dock to be booked for any move or delivery where the vehicle height is over 2.1m high.

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the required date and confirmed by Building Management prior to any move to ensure availability of lift and loading dock space. Maximum 2 hours per booking request. Please note, any trucks with no booking will be turned away.

• Loading Dock height limit 4.5m

• All booking times will be strictly enforced

• Please see dock master on arrival

• Maximum one booking per day, per apartment

• Please add in notes your Apartment number, Mobile number and the company or driver and what is being delivered (Eg; a fridge or a whole apartment of furniture.

Please Note that the Resident/Tenant making this booking accepts all liabilities for damages caused to common property by removalist or Resident/Tenant and must have Insurance.
